BOOKING TERMS
A deposit of 50% of the full amount is required
within 48 hours to secure a booking.
The full balance is payable
within 30 days of the arrival date.
CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCE
- Check-in
time is from 15.00 until 19.00 (unless otherwise arranged).
- Check
out time is before 10.00 on the day of departure.
- Regrettably
no pets of any description are permitted.
- That
the maximum number of guests occupying an apartment does not exceed 6 people
(this includes children and infants)
- Regrettably
NO SMOKING is permitted in the apartments.
- That
all noise levels will be reduced to a minimum after 22.00 (10pm)
- It
should be noted that Beacon House is not child friendly in that we have no
facilities for children. We have no gardens or recreational areas for
children. Once you leave the confines of the establishment you have the
unprotected ocean as well as paths with steep drop offs into the sea.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation terms
- Up
to 30 days before arrival : 25% of total booking is forfeited
- Between
14 and 30 days before arrival : 35% of total booking is forfeited
- Between
7 and 14 days before arrival : 50% of total booking is forfeited
- Between
1 and 7 days before arrival : 75% of total booking is forfeited.
- No
show or cancellation on day of arrival : 100% of total booking is forfeited
